However, OG&E has such abhorrent customer service that they deserve a negative review. I have had no power for 9 days going on 10. I cannot reach anyone at OG&E. I am not receiving updates from them as requested. They gave the same deadline to restore power to over 100,000 people and are not updating anything on their social media.
