If I connect Jack 2 to the wall outlet (my home phone network), any phone I plug in to a different jack in the house has a busy signal. I f I connect Jack 1 to the wall outlet, same thing. It seems that the only phone that will work is the one directly connected to the Gateway. The phone wall jack was working just fine with AT&T.
TL;DR: I need help finding where to go to actually report/find help with issues related to Spectrum's home phone service. So my grandmother has spectrum internet/cable/phone. Right now if anyone tries to call her they get a busy signal. If I pick up the phone to dial, there is no dial tone -- no sound at all.
