What is all paws rescue? All Paws Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit animal rescue organization based in St. Charles County, Missouri. Our mission is to rescue homeless, abused and neglected dogs and cats, provide any necessary medical care or behavioral help they need, and then place them into loving permanent homes.
