As far as I am concerned, Wine Enthusiast’s customer service (more accurately, customer disservice) is the worst of the worst. Given the price of the Legacy Corkscrew and the fact that it fell apart, there is no excuse for Wine Enthusiast’s refusal to repair or replace the corkscrew. In my opinion, this was a ripoff.
