Verizon DSL. —. bad customer service. I have had Verizon DSL for aprox 2 years. After about 1 year of having DSL every time when we had thunder, lightning, or rain I would loose connection. No answers from Verizon –but rather ‘we are experiencing problem with hardware equipment’. On January 10, 2007, I called Verizon DSL customer service and my DSL service remains in pending status. When I asked them to talk to the VP of that department concerning this issue their response was: “there is no VP at this department”.

High Speed DSL interruptions. 01-05-2012 01:24 PM. I have had Verizon DSL for over 7 years, and never had any problems until recently. Now, after signing on, I consistently get cut off. I turn my modem off, and back on, it sometimes will rest, but I get cut off 2 to 3 minutes later. I go into the Verizon/Westell connection screen to reconnect
