I filed a claim through my credit card company and directly with claims management. 2 months later (today) I receive a response that since the personal event is not an illness, job loss, injury or mandatory stay at home orders, this does not qualify.

We bought Epic passes and made reservations to ski at Vail but had to cancel because of Covid travel restrictions. No problem because we live in Utah and each pass came with “insurance”.
