Tonal I will leave it up to you to save the order aka my business. It should not be the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is delivered. I spent over 2 hours on hold with Ryder. I would assume a company would be very responsive and provide great customer service when their product costs $4,000.00 plus the $50.00 per month membership.
