Pros. Getting paid while studying although you will work like crazy to earn it. Cons. You work 70+ hours in a difficult school with very little supportive. The school are not vetted and neither are the staff/mentors. You are dumped in and expected to get on with an incredibly stressful job with very little support. Pupil behaviour is appalling.
