Service Description: Provides pro bono legal services to protect women and girls from gender-based abuse and violence. Services include: arranging asylum; Violence Against Women Act petitions (for battered spouses, parents, and/or children); T Visas (for survivors of trafficking); U Visas; and, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for abused, abandoned, or neglected children.
