Once you've recovered access investigate a 2FA solution that isn't tied to one physical authenticator device. I'm using 1Password and it is sync'd to my Macs, iPhone and work PC and Samsung mobile. The 2FA codes are in-sync as are all my other passwords. There must be other password manager apps that can support multi-device 2FA.
