No 800 number, no chat option. The only option is an Email which can take 2-3 days to be returned. That's no way to offer customer service. The product itself is ok. Was happy with it on my laptop when my son was using it, but couldn't get it installed on the other two laptops and customer service and the "knowledge base" are a joke.
