When PharmScript was founded in 2009 to provide pharmacy services to long-term care facilities, most customers were still using paper-based medical records and relying on the phone and fax machine to submit prescriptions.
Calling the pharmacy and getting ahold of customer service is the worst way to get something taken care of. Their is a lacy of patient care from the workers on the phone. The are rude. Refuse to send out medications or give explanations to nurses. If you have to call the after hours phone service be prepared to not get an answer for 3-4 hours.
