What is milieu doing for clbc? Every three months Milieu holds an open house for inpiduals, family and friends to come and hear directly from our executive director, staff members, community and self-advocates about the work we are doing, future plans and about our involvement with CLBC. Families are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback.

Why do some staff find it difficult to work effectively with milieu? Some staff have found this approach difficult because they believe negative actions should result in negative consequences. Milieu strongly opposes this mentality. Managers and the coordinator are always available to come in and assist or they are phone call away if issues arise, there is lots of support.
