So, I just got off the phone with the Media Temple's telephone jukebox after waiting 30 minutes for an "estimated 15 minute wait". Not only that, but once I hit 30 minutes it started to ring. So, thinking I finally was connected, I got the automated voice telling me the "estimated wait time is 13 minutes".
After 4+ hours of unexpected server downtime, a couple irate clients, 1 semi angry Tweet I received a call from customer service at Media Temple. She wanted to know if I had any questions...
