Montgomery Street Inn Veterans Medical Respite Program is part of LifeMoves (formerly InnVision Shelter Network). It is located on downtown San Jose. MSI Medical Respite is an eight bed shelter-based program. It is designed to provide a temporary housing to homeless veterans with acute or chronic medical issues.
