(877-351-2131 I called up FYE's number for their Backstage pass service (877-351-2131) and found out this was my 4th time being charged $11.99! I told the lady I was talking to on the line to cancel my membership and she tried to persuade me to keep my membership for about 5 minutes before she actually said she canceled it. I was NOT able to get the credit back.
