Covenant House Vancouver provides street-involved youth, aged 16-24, with a continuum of care that includes: street outreach; a daily drop-in with hot meals; short-term and long-term transitional housing; mental health and addictions support; and all the counseling and care they will need to transition to healthy independent lives.
