The cell phone insurance is through squaretrade, it is a set price of like 100 or 150 for the two years, I can not remember, but the detectable was 50, so if I broke my screen I just paid the 50. Sure beat Verizon's where I would have paid like 10 a month, and a deductible of 150.

One cool part is that it even will cover a product purchased with the Rewards Certificate as well. Costco's extended warranty is not a scam. Especially for their cellphones they literally cover everything. It acts almost like an insurance policy vs an extended warranty. From the cell phone side you basically can replace your phone @ the $79 deductible for whatever reason you want.
