Glocks customer service has been 100% so far with me. They tried to fix my g19 gen 3 the first time I sent it in, and didn't succeed. So I sent it back and they have agreed to exchange it for a brand new gen 4 g19 with the latest upgrades. If that's not GREAT customer service, I don't know what is. Glock really stepped up this time.
