To me, I'd rather pay $50-$60 a year to Tracfone than that much a month to another carrier and still have issues. I've been with Tracfone forever and have had very few issues.

Hello. I activated a new tracfone samsung phone and it is generally working fine except for one thing. When I dial the tracfone international number which is 305-938-xxxx to make an international call, before I even enter the long distance number, the voice states : "sorry your call cannot be processed please make sure you dial from tracfone phone."

I went to the support/contact us page on TracFone website with my phone Chrome browser and the red chat link was there now . Note their hours - the link isn't visible off hours. I wouldn't bother starting a chat for anything significant after 10PM EST because you may get dropped like a hot potato mid-chat when it's close to closing time.
