Every couple of hours, I notice that my internet connection dies for a couple minutes. My devices (computer, phone, tv, etc.) start to report no internet connection. I'm using a Netgear C7100V modem/router combo on a Xfinity 600mbps plan. At first I thought it was a wifi issue and took a bunch of steps to resolve it with no luck.

RE: Speak to a person at Xfinity. We have Comcast/Xfinity for TV, internet and phone service and we were working just fine. Then a week ago on Friday, a Comcast tech. was up on the pole working on a problem our next door neighbor was having. He said the feed to our house was bad and needed to be replaced.
I need a paper copy mailed to my home. If that truly is impossible, even given the extenuating circumstances, they should be able to email me my statement.
