I again contact Straight Talk Customer Care explaining my problem. To date, this issue has not be fixed. Luckily, on the Panasonic system, you can change a setting to use a "manual" time rather than "auto-time from Caller-ID" which is the default. This seems to have fixed my only issue with the Moxee branded Straight Talk Home Phone device.

CDMA-V means Verizon CDMA. Most new phones from Straight Talk on Verizon towers support VoLTE. They have got rid of most of the non-VoLTE on their site. By the way, I am talking about Straight Talk site. My brother had a branded version of the S7, but he had to SIM swap it about a year and half ago, but since then, it can get VoLTE by itself.
